Position:	Director of Rep & All Star Teams

Description:	- shall be responsible for Rep and All Star teams and coaches. - shall work with the Club Head Coach in the selection of Representative and All Star coaches. - shall relay to coaches all information concerning Tournaments and Peel Halton Soccer Association activities. - shall ensure that all coaches are registered with P.H.S.A. on time. - shall ensure that all coaches receive a copies of the P.H.S.A. and Brams United constitutions. - shall obtain, from the coaches, lists of all Rep and All Star players. - shall meet with the coaches on a regular basis. - shall notify the Director of House League of players not selected for Rep Teams after try-outs have been completed. - shall keep records of funds raised by Rep Teams. - shall, at the end of the season, obtain from the Rep coaches their team financial statements, and submit copies of same to the Treasurer. - shall ensure that any funds which are left over are signed over to the club ( these funds are to be held by the club for use the next equivalent season by the team that raised the funds, unless regulation 2.9 - 3F applies and is exercised ). - shall advise Rep coaches that they will not be considered for a coaching position the following year if they have not submitted a proper detailed team financial statement within three (3) weeks prior to the A.G.M. - shall present a financial report and a detailed statistical report at the A.G.M. for all Rep and All Star team activities throughout the year. - shall obtain player ratings from the coaches and submit them to the Registrar prior to the A.G.M.
