Description:	- shall report to the Executive Committee through the Director of Marketing.  - shall consult with other members of the Executive as required to arrange the running of special events as decided and approved by the Executive. - shall recruit assistants as required for the operation of the events. - shall issue a report of each event, following its conclusion, to be presented to the Executive at the next Executive meeting.
