Description:	- shall report to the Executive Committee through the Vice President. - shall arrange date, time, and place of team photographs, as well as contracting a suitable photographer as approved by the Executive Committee, following presentation of several alternatives from which the final selection shall be made. - shall ensure that team photographs are delivered to the appropriate Conveners and Director of Rep & All Star Teams, and to the Purchasing Coordinator, for the sponsors' plaques.
